Carbon Footprint

Carbon foot print - A carbon footprint is historically defined as the total emissions caused by an individual, event, organization, or product, expressed as carbon dioxide equivalent. In most cases, the total carbon footprint cannot be exactly calculated because of inadequate knowledge of and data about the complex interactions between contributing processes, especially which includes the influence on natural processes storing or releasing carbon dioxide.

Effective ways of reducing carbon footprint

1) Cavity Walls Insulation- Cavity walls are at least 12 inches (30cm) thick and comprise an outer and inner wall separated by an air gap. If you are unsure then contact a cavity wall specialist.
